Our goal is to make your event extraordinary and stress-free. Unlike many venues that host multiple events at once, Skellington Manor hosts one celebration at a time, so you and your guests can fully enjoy the experience.

Banquet Hall Rental

4,000 sq ft room with 20-foot ceilings and hardwood flooring.

Your Rental Includes

• 60” round tables and padded chairs for up to 300 guests

• Skirted banquet tables for head table, gift table, food tables, and cake table

• Table skirting available in white, ivory, or black

• Lighted backdrop behind the head table

• Ceiling draping and side curtains

Note: Guest tablecloths and napkins are the responsibility of the rental party.

Catering

Bridges Catering is our exclusive catering partner for all food brought into Skellington Manor.

Exceptions include:

• Cake

• Nuts

• Chips

• Candy

• Pretzels

Skellington Manor Bar

All alcohol and soft drinks must be purchased through Skellington Manor.

We offer a full-service bar including:

• Beer

• Wine

• Liquor

• Soft drinks

Bartenders are provided at no additional charge when bar sales exceed $300.

A 20% gratuity is added to all hosted bars.

Damage Deposit

A $500 refundable damage deposit is required prior to the event to cover excessive cleanup or damages caused by guests or vendors.

All contract vendors must be licensed and insured.
