Escape Experience FAQs

Q. How long are games?
A. All experiences last 60 minutes.

 

 

 

Q. Are bookings private?
A. Yes — once you book the minimum 4 players, the game is private to your group.

Q. How many players?
A. Our rooms accommodate 4–8 players.

Q. Do we need experience?
A. No prior experience required. Choose Beginner, Intermediate, or Expert when checking in.

Q. What happens if we don’t escape?
Q. You still have an unforgettable time.

Q. How do I schedule one of your games?

A. All Escape Room games are booked through our online reservation system. We do not take any walk in bookings. You must book at least 2 hours in advance of your selected game time.  Click the BOOK NOW button and it will take you to the site. 

Q. Why does the website say “Temporarily Unavailable” on some games?

A. Occasionally, we need to block off Escape Games to accommodate other scheduled events. 

Q. When should I arrive?

A. You must arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled game time. This will ensure you have enough time to fill out our team info sheet and prepared to enter the room.  Once the game starts we are no longer able to get additional players who arrive late into the game.

Q. What happens if I arrive late?

A. If your teams arrives late, time will be deducted from your game play or  you may have to forfeit the game. due to the next scheduled game reservation. 

Q. How old do you have to be to play?

A. The puzzles and clues are designed for players age 12 or older. Questions, call 309-553-3510

Q. Is there anything scary about the Escape Room?

A. We’ve added some scary games to our offerings. Please check the game description for more information.

Q. I can no longer attend the Escape Experience on the day and time I purchased my ticket. What should I do?

A. Call 309-553-3510 24 hours in advance to reschedule. We do NOT give refunds on no shows.
